These terms govern the relationship between cleanpulseo and our clients. We believe in transparent operations, clear boundaries, and mutual respect. This document outlines the responsibilities, limitations, and expectations that ensure every engagement runs smoothly—whether for a one-time deep clean or ongoing office maintenance.
1. Acceptance & Scope of Agreement
By accessing cleanpulseo.company or engaging our services, you enter a binding agreement with CleanPulseo, located at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. This agreement covers website usage, service bookings, and client obligations. If you represent a corporate entity (e.g., Office Manager, Facilities Director), you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
Our services are designed for residential and commercial properties in Paris and surrounding areas. We do not handle hazardous waste, structural repairs, or specialized industrial cleaning. For specialized scenarios—such as post-construction cleanup or end-of-lease cleaning—separate quotes and clauses apply.

Scenario: A Property Manager schedules a deep clean before a new tenant moves in. Access is restricted to a 4-hour window due to building policies. This constraint requires explicit acknowledgment in the service order; failure to disclose access limitations may result in incomplete service or additional charges.
2. Pricing, Payment & Final Quotes
Transparency is our baseline. All quotes are calculated based on property size, service type, frequency, and specific constraints. We provide a flat-rate estimate upfront, with final pricing confirmed after an on-site assessment or virtual walkthrough. This protects both parties from scope creep and unexpected costs.
*Final quote subject to on-site verification. Weekend services add 20% surcharge. Eco-friendly product upgrade: +€15 flat fee.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 15 days of service completion (Net 15). Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Corporate clients may request Net 30 terms upon credit approval.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice.
Decision Criteria
We reserve the right to refuse service if access conditions pose safety risks to our team or property, or if the requested scope falls outside our insurance coverage. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit is issued within 48 hours.
3. Liability, Insurance & Damage Claims
CleanPulseo carries comprehensive liability insurance and is bonded. We treat every property with the utmost care, but accidents can happen. Our policy covers accidental damage up to €500,000 per incident. Pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear is not covered.
Claims Process: Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange an inspection and, if the claim is valid, repair or compensate for the damage. Without timely reporting, we cannot process claims.
