Access is restricted: We require a consistent key/code system. If access changes daily, response times suffer.
Budget is purely hourly: We price by output (square meters + tasks), not hours. This aligns incentives: efficiency, not dragging out the clock.
No eco-certification requirement: We use only EU Ecolabel and Cradle to Cradle certified products. If harsh bleach is required, we cannot proceed.
